What is an Indie Game?

"Indie games" is short for Independent Games. Usually produced independently by individuals or small teams, and usually without the backing of a major publisher. These games are created with a modest budge and often have a distinct creative vision, unique gameplay mechanics, and artistic style. Indie games have become increasingly popular in recent years, with many developers embracing the freedom and creativity that comes with working outside the traditional game development industry. Some notable examples of successful indie games include Minecraft, Undertale, and Stardew Valley.

What is a B Game?

"B Games" are a unique category of video games that falls between the high-end titles, also known as AAA Games, and small independent indie games. These games are created with a modest budget, often passion projects for individuals rather than their main motivation being for profit. It can be difficult to tell the difference between an Indie Game and a B Game.

Francisco loves objectively "terrible" games. The weirder the plot or hell, no plot - even better. Join Francisco as he plays games and Emily watches and tries to figure out "the troof" behind these games. Francisco and Emily started Watch us Die, mostly because of how much Emily died in games.
